1) All of our tableware / kitchenware products are made using 100% food safe glazes and material, and created to be booth dishwasher and microwave safe.

2) Our handmade stoneware is designed to be quite durable & hearty, however, a few practices will help the longevity of your pieces.

- If you choose to wash it by hand, use a soft scrub brush and dish soap, and avoid metal and/or abrasive sponges

- Our products very capable of handling both hot & cold temperatures. However, when a piece is taken from one extreme temperature to another quickly, it can cause the piece to crack.

Please be aware that all our products are crafted by hand, resulting in each piece having its own distinct characteristics. There may be slight variations in color and design compared to the pictures, highlighting the unique effects of each handmade item.
